Once, my friend and I were preparing for a summer trip abroad. But, like every summer vacation, it didn’t go without drama. We discovered major inconsistencies with our tickets—likely caused by the airline canceling them!
Like superheroes, we sprang into action and quickly realized we needed to contact the airline as soon as possible. We made an international call to the airline’s support office, where waiting in line seemed endless. But it was worth it—the airline representative resolved our issue over the phone, saving our trip from being canceled!
Unfortunately, our hero status was short-lived. Reality hit hard when we received the bill for the international call. Naturally, we were not happy about the cost—but what happened, happened. At least our trip went on, and we had a good story to tell!
After this dramatic experience with the airline, my friend and I decided to find a solution that could help others avoid similar situations. Since I was technically skilled and my friend specialized in marketing, we brainstormed various ideas. Finally, we landed on a brilliant concept: what if customers could make calls to support centers directly from their browser using the internet—accessible and free for everyone?
Excited, I set out to explore whether this was technologically possible. And a few years later… voila! We are proud to offer our platform, LiveCaller, which includes not only web chat, co-browsing, and messaging app integration, but also the web call feature we dreamed of during that fateful overseas trip.
Now, customers can connect seamlessly with businesses and avoid the kind of drama we experienced.
